# Track Applications and View Statements

> Monitor loan application status through a milestone timeline and manage notification preferences. Access self-service balance, amortisation, payment history, and downloadable statements.

LoanOrigination.ca gives borrowers real-time visibility into their application progress and active loan details through the web portal and mobile app. You can track where an application sits in the lender's process, see what actions are outstanding, and access loan statements without calling or emailing the lender.

## Status tracking

Every application displays a current status and a milestone timeline so you know what has been completed and what comes next.

| Status               | What it means                               |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| Draft                | Application started but not yet submitted   |
| Submitted            | Application sent to the lender for review   |
| Under Review         | Lender staff are assessing the application  |
| Conditional Approval | Approved subject to additional conditions   |
| Approved             | Application approved, awaiting disbursement |
| Declined             | Application not approved                    |
| Funded               | Loan disbursed and active                   |

The milestone timeline shows completed and upcoming steps. An outstanding actions checklist tells you exactly what the lender needs from you next, such as additional documents or responses to questions.

## Notification preferences

You can choose how the platform notifies you about status changes and outstanding actions. Configure your preferences across three channels:

* **Email** notifications
* **SMS** text messages
* **Push** notifications through the mobile app

  Enable push notifications on mobile if you want the fastest alerts when your status changes or the lender requests a document.

## Self-service statements

Active borrowers can view and download loan details without contacting the lender directly. Available information includes:

* Balance inquiry
* Amortisation schedule
* Payment history
* Transaction detail
* Fee and interest breakdown
* Downloadable PDF statements
* Annual statements

  Statement availability depends on the loan program configuration set by your lender. If a specific statement type is not visible, contact your loan officer to confirm whether it is enabled for your product.
